How much do you need to hold?
Size display coolers by can count, not cubic feet. A 15.5 cu ft single door holds about 528 cans; an 18 cu ft double door about 595.
Gas or electric — and which gas?
Check whether your kitchen runs on natural gas or propane before choosing a griddle, fryer or hotplate.
What power do you have?
Confirm 115V or 220V outlets for each unit. Larger freezers and ovens may need a dedicated circuit.
How much heat output?
BTU drives cooking speed. Our griddles run from 60,000 BTU (24") to 120,000 BTU (48").
Will it fit through the door?
Measure doorways, hallways and the final spot, including clearance for airflow behind the unit.
How efficient is it?
Many of our refrigerators use R290, a natural refrigerant used in newer commercial units.

Yes. Items in stock at our Medley showroom can be picked up the same day you buy them.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Local delivery is $30 up to 20 miles and $40 from 20 to 45 miles.
What warranty do commercial units have?
Every unit carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our Warranty Department helps you file and follow up on any claim.
Can I return equipment?
All sales are final unless the unit has a functional defect. Report any defect within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes. We offer four financing and lease-to-own options at checkout and in store, subject to approval.
Do you sell gas or electric models?
Both. Check each product page for gas type (natural gas or propane) and voltage before you buy.
